Oil Delivery Driver


Oil delivery drivers are from 7:00 am - 5:00 p.m. typically, with the ability to work later should the need arise in the winter. You should have your CDL drivers license with all of the proper endorsements to delivery oil.

Customer Service Representative


     ​​Pioneer Valley Oil & Propane is a Family owned and operated business. We are offering opportunities to those interested to apply for the position of Customer Service Representative. Our hours are typically from 7:00 am - 5:00 p.m. with the ability to work around a school schedule. We are looking for someone to join our family and is interested in taking care of our customers. We are looking for someone who has experience working with windows and the ability to multitask by answering the phone and processing orders at the same time while clearly communicating with our customers. This job offers room to grow into our Propane division. Our Propane division is different then the Oil division as it requires more in-depth conversation with customers & lots of follow up. This job includes but is not limited to setting up new accounts, scheduling appointments for propane installations & deliveries, processing tickets, explaining to customers there options for tank installations, pulling permits & talking with towns & inspectors.

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, and requests on the computer and in person.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Be to work on time
  • Assist customers with online ordering
  • Work in an organized and clean environment
  • Have basic skills with using technology
  • Be willing to learn new skills with technology and other parts of the company.
  • Process customer payments in person and online.
  • Attention to detail


Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Comfortable on the phone
